As I continue to draw, I see that, with my current schedule, I won't be able to produce enough work to equate to a blog post. My last few are rather short and only have a piece (if that) to comment on. I'd rather have more for you guys to enjoy as you follow my experience. This week, I was able to create 3 different ideas for the new infected people would see here, and a door for the lab that was previously drawn.
As you can see, the lines for the pieces are getting darker, as I'm realizing that I need to darken them to try and show more of the parts of the piece. It's still a progress, I am struggling with how to use the Tombow water brush pens I use as the markers. But the third head you see at the bottom of my picture can show you what I've learned from my practice. Still, I have more of the lab idea to work out. Some inside environment to decide, along with more character design (like the bodies) and props to consider.
There's also the production pieces, and that is something I'm, honestly, nervous about. I'm still working on finished pieces, even incomplete ones. Here's to hoping those pieces will come out well, but they will still be a good learning experience.
So, posting schedule. I will post on the first Saturday of each month. If not, I should have one posted by Sunday night, so expect one on the first weekend of each month. Thanks for reading my posts. This helps me with establishing routines that will help me be successful in my hope of becoming a successful artist. Bye for now!
